A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance is required at time of ordering. If deposit is not received within 24 hours of ordering, your date will not be held.
Remaining balance MUST be paid prior to pick up.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel a cake order before it is picked up, there is NO Refund. If you pre-paid in full, or placed a partial deposit, you will NOT get a refund if you cancel your order before it being picked up. However, if you'd like to use the deposit towards a future order, you are welcome to do so.
All products are the responsibility of the customer once it is picked up. Cakes, cupcakes and other desserts should be place on the floor of the car and NOT on the lap of a passenger or on the seat. We are not responsible for any damages done during transport or anytime after.
Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored.
If you need to postpone your cake for another date, we require at least one week notice. With less notice, we can reschedule your order (depending on availability) however you may incur an extra charge to re-bake the cake/recreate the elements on the cake.
Changes to the design can be made up until 5 days prior to pick up date.
Please be advise that all products are made in a kitchen that may come in contact with milk, eggs, wheat and nuts.
